-----"Skipp and Keysha Benzing are two of the brightest stars in the performance training world. Their combination of elite personal athletic talent, national certifications and graduate degrees in Kinesiology give them the rare ability to bridge the gap between the science and application of athletic performance. They are the only trainers I recommend for my students, family, friends and clients." -----
-Dr. Lee Brown; EdD, CSCS*D, FNSCA, FACSM, Former President of the National Strength & Conditioning Association
------"I have known Skipp and Keysha Benzing for the last 10 yrs and have found them to be not only outstanding athletes, outstanding coaches, but outstanding people! Both Skipp and Keysha excel in the teaching of the mechanics of Olympic lifts. Their coaching eye for spotting mechanical errors and ways to correct these errors is above most coaches in the USA! Both Skipp and Keysha lead by example and are perfect role models for what a coach should be and how a coach should act." -Coach Mike Burgener; Senior international Level 5 coach, USAW-----

Her Speed Development training done in a unique way following the philosophy of "Run Smarter, Not Harder". Athletes are made faster and more effient by being taught proper running mechanics, the different phases in running/sprinting (ie: acceleration, drive phase, max speed), proper force application/production, start techinique, running posture and what it means to compete. OLYMPIC LIFTING TRAINING CLASSESS
Want to learn how to become more explosive and powerful?! Then come join our Olympic Lifting Training class and learn how to Snatch and Clean & Jerk under Senior Level USA-Weightlifting certified Strength & Conditioning coaches.
If you look at the best Athletes in the Olympic Games 90% of them will have one thing in common, ranging from pole vaulters to shot putters to basketball to volleyball, they all have some form of Olympic weightlifting in their program. Even if that ranges from the traditional power clean to the much more complex snatch. These athletes understand the importance and benefits of these movements and the carry over to their sport. Olympic lifts train the athlete to explode and use the maximum possible force. They develop a high Rate of Force(RF), a key point in sports training. Olympic lifters train fast twitch muscle fibers, the fibers that are employed to give you speed, explosiveness and power.
It has been shown that the percentage of fast twitch fibers in the body directly contributes to the vertical jump, the more you have the higher you are able to jump, and this is one of the best indicators for athletic ability in American football athletes. The jumping and running abilities of Olympic lifters were documented in the Mexico City Olympic Games where they out ran and out jumped the jumpers and sprinters in the vertical jump and 25m sprint! This is an amazing feat considering these athletes do not train specifically for jumping or running. Come in and learn how to master these complicated lifts from coaches who know how to teach them correctly.
WHEN: Tuesday and Thursday 7-8pm; Saturdays 10am-noon
HOW MUCH (monthly membership): Adult - $75.00; Student (High school/middle school)- $60.00
